Host a meetup

We’ll help you design a safe, inclusive gathering that aligns with our values. Here’s how to get started.

  • Pitch the idea: Email events@sa-water.org with concept, location, and desired date.
  • Accessibility plan: Outline seating, shade, transport, and language support. We can help close any gaps.
  • Promotion assets: We’ll create social tiles, newsletter blurbs, and printable posters.
  • Aftercare: Gather feedback, share photos, and log learnings so future hosts can build on your work.

Need insurance or permits?

The fan collective can connect you with partner organisations who provide public liability coverage and council liaison support.

We also maintain a small grant pool to cover venue hire, tea and coffee, printing, or AUSLAN interpreters.
